Wildlife Adventure Day for Kids

Prepare for an exciting day of adventure and discovery in a beautiful private woodland teeming with wildlife. This immersive experience will ignite your child's curiosity and love for nature.

Join our expert, Clare, for a thrilling bug-hunting expedition. Clare will teach children to search for and identify various insects and woodland creatures, making every find a learning opportunity.

Just off Sarum Road out of Winchester. 

Your Child will need to bring a pack lunch, a lightweight coat just incase it gets windy ( British summer, best be prepared) and wearing trainers or wellies. 

Activities Include:

• Bug Hunting Expedition: Children will explore the woodland with magnifying glasses and bug boxes, identifying insects and learning fascinating facts from Clare.
• Wildlife Identification: Clare will introduce children to wildlife identification, helping them recognise different species and use field guides.
• Nature Crafts: Children will create bug hotels, leaf collages, and clay impressions, reinforcing their learning with hands-on activities.
• Storytelling and Fun Facts: Clare will captivate children with stories and fun facts about the creatures they've encountered, deepening their understanding of nature.
