Mentors

We offer mentoring services for academic and life coaching, with mentors who specialise in neurodivergent behaviours such as ADHD, as well as resilience and confidence building. Both Charlotte and Ryan bring a wealth of experience in their respective fields and have been an integral part of The Little Club team for 10 years.

Ryan

Mentor/Life coach

Ryan provides a highly personalised mentorship service that provides learning, behavioural, and travel support to children, young people, and families.

Ryan’s engagement with TLC began in 2015 shortly after he left the British Army to pursue a career working with children and he has now worked with children and families on all seven continents. Ryan believes in truly holistic mentoring that focuses on the entirety of a child, not just their academic potential. He believes education comes in many forms and stretches far beyond the walls of the classroom. Mentoring is an opportunity to set children up for life, not just for exams. Through the creation of a close mentee/mentor relationship Ryan models a healthy, positive rapport based on mutual respect, guidance, academic determination, adventure, and shared values.

When a child is given the space to truly grow into who they are meant to be. The results cannot be underestimated.
