As a certified Transformational Life Coach with over fifteen years of experience in private tuition and academic mentoring in the British independent school system, Charlotte’s strengths lie in building rapport with adolescents and young adults and galvanising them to become motivated, resilient, sophisticated learners and doers.
Whether working with adolescents who feel in crisis, have been diagnosed as neurodiverse, face the pressure of a mounting work load, or nurturing a young adult to take control of their future, her ethos is consistent: through challenging limiting beliefs, harnessing self worth, developing appropriate strategies and creating purpose, everyone has the ability to maximise existing potential and surpass expectations.

Mentor/Life coach
Ryan provides a highly personalised mentorship service that provides learning, behavioural, and travel support to children, young people, and families.
Ryan’s engagement with TLC began in 2015 shortly after he left the British Army to pursue a career working with children and he has now worked with children and families on all seven continents. Ryan believes in truly holistic mentoring that focuses on the entirety of a child, not just their academic potential. He believes education comes in many forms and stretches far beyond the walls of the classroom. Mentoring is an opportunity to set children up for life, not just for exams. Through the creation of a close mentee/mentor relationship Ryan models a healthy, positive rapport based on mutual respect, guidance, academic determination, adventure, and shared values.
When a child is given the space to truly grow into who they are meant to be. The results cannot be underestimated.

Director and Founder
Miranda, Director and Founder of The Little Club, brings over 20 years of experience working with children, spanning from one-week-olds to 18-year-olds.
Her time living in Kenya’s Lewa conservancy in her twenties, surrounded by the wilderness and embracing a fun-filled outdoor lifestyle, served as a profound inspiration for her. Combining her love for the outdoors, her passion for child development, and her wealth of experience, Miranda has crafted unique camps and adventures that provide children with an exceptional environment to flourish, learn, and create lifelong memories. With unwavering dedication, she strives to bring out the best in children, fostering their growth and appreciation for nature through remarkable and carefully curated experiences at The Little Club.
Sophie
Event Coordinator
Ad hoc event coordinator, Sophie graduated from Exeter university and is pursuing her career in events.
Sophie has past experience in childcare as well as administrative work and events planning. Sophie likes to gain as much experience as possible in this industry on all levels. While loving the outdoors and nature, she especially likes being in the company of her two black Labradors who are generally causing mischief somewhere much like Sophie.
