Registration Form

Before the fun begins

Every child needs a registration form completed before they can join us, and it needs doing at the point of booking, not on the morning in the car park. It takes about five minutes and covers the essentials: who to ring, what they cannot eat. We would far rather spend the day outdoors than chasing paperwork, so please get it done as soon as you have booked your dates. No form, no place. 

No form means we cannot take your child on the day, and we would hate for anyone to miss out
